Memberships
Unlimited, muscle building, fat-burning, and metabolism-boosting workouts in our state of the art studio, this is the foundation of who we are, and what we do, at HQ. HIIT combines the best elements of aerobic and anaerobic training to deliver the most efficient workout on the planet.
Personal & Private Training
Want a more targeted approach? Now you can work with your favorite HQ trainer(s) 1 on 1 or in a small group setting. From the first-time exerciser to the competitive athlete, we are ready to help you achieve your fitness, health, and wellness goals!
Semi-Private
Classes
One hour, muscle group(s) specific workouts, semi-private classes are available to both studio members, and non-members.

Nutrition
It goes without saying, but we'll say it anyway: proper nutrition, for YOU, is crucial and will help us maximize our time and efforts exercising. There is no blanket approach to eating and that's why we strongly encourage you to work with one of our in-house fitness nutrition coaches to help create a sustainable nutrition plan/roadmap to help YOU achieve sustainable success.
